While I can't give you direct feedback or recommendations - as I haven't experienced alternative vendor solutions in this field, I'm very interested in seeing what responses you get :) P.S. What made you pick your current platform, over developing something inhouse or outsourcing to another provider? Might help with others thinking on responses back to your original post?
